Salary lines on the listing

under half of roles now show pay bands - and that changes how you shortlist.

Only under half of tracked roles publish salary or band information. Transparency is improving, but most shortlists still require a sanity check with market data.

Use DocuResume's salary checker on the dashboard alongside match score. A high-fit role with weak pay is still data - it tells you where negotiation or pass decisions should land.
